Navigating six flights of stairs with luggage is a workout!!! Lack of toiletries is disappointing!!! Basic furnishings do not reflect the chic atmosphere promised!!! Self-check-in process could be more user-friendly!!!

It was quite frustrating that the location inside the building wasn't clearly marked, resulting in confusion upon arrival. some of the plug-ins in the room didn’t work, which was an inconvenience during my stay.

Ja, the location is just lekker, only a stone's throw from the Duomo! Brekkie was solid too, fresh juices and pastries to start the day right. Chommie at reception was super helpful, gave us a map with all the hotspots marked out—made exploring a breeze!

my stay was absolutely delightful, with a spacious room providing a perfect retreat after long walks through the vibrant streets, and being just a few steps from the stunning Piazza del Duomo added an incredible touch to my adventure.

Wi-fi could be better, but really spacious room with a huge flat-screen TV.

The breakfast, while simple, included fresh croissants that were still warm, adding a pleasant touch to the morning routine. one of my friends faced challenges with accommodation logistics, including an unexpected room assignment outside the main area, which was disheartening. The overall ambiance was affected by ongoing maintenance that left parts of the property looking uninviting, impacting the experience more than anticipated.

Staying at N4U Guest House was a delightful experience, with a beautifully decorated ambiance that enhanced my stay. The breakfast pastries stood out, adding a lovely touch to my mornings. the 77 steps to my room were quite a trek after a long day exploring Florence.

We had a fantastic time exploring the art and culture around the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery! The location was spot on, and everything was just a 20-30 minute walk. The breakfast pastries were delicious, and the host made everything so easy for us during our stay. Really loved the warm welcome and the cleanliness.

One downside was the absence of a lift, which made lugging our bags up the many stairs a bit tiring by the end of the day.
